Where The Item Is Faulty Or Damaged From New
If an item arrives damaged from new, pls notify us immediately. To avoid any issues here, please open and inspect your delivery within 24 hours of receipt and notify us immediately in writing and attach images of the damage.
Once you notify us of a faulty or damaged item, we will contact you within 72 hours to arrange the return or replacement after reviewing your notification.
If Your Product Develops A Fault
There is no warranty offered or implied with any used or refurbished items, unless otherwise stated within the product description.
Where a new item develops a fault within a declared warranty period, please notify us immediately. Pls provide as much detail as possible including images where appropriate. We will endeavour to reply to your request within 7 days in this instance.
Where The Item Is Not Wanted Or Has Been Ordered Incorrectly
If there is nothing wrong with your product or you have ordered the incorrect product & you just want to send it back, returns must be arranged within 14 days for a refund. This specifically excludes Used Machinery. Please note that we will only reimburse the cost of the product and not any delivery charges you may have paid. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns, so the cost of return postage will be covered by yourself. How you return the item to us is up to yourself but we advise using a tracked service as we cannot otherwise be liable for any items that go missing following return. Some items will carry a handling / restocking charge which is unfortunately out of our control.
The item you are returning must be in brand new condition or as supplied, with all of its original packaging. Please return by putting the product inside a jiffy mailing bag / box, do not apply any returns labels or parcel tape to the original product packaging / box. We reserve the right to refuse return if the product packaging is damaged or not in a resellable condition.
If You Want To Exchange A Product
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items as we cannot guarantee having your item in stock. We suggest that you purchase the correct item (if available) from our website and return the original order to us within 14 days of the original purchase.
Large & Bulky Items
We strongly recommend that you contact us before returning any large, bulky or valuable items as we may be able to offer a collection service that will be cheaper than any postage.
Once An Item Is Returned
After an item has been returned for a refund it will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving it, this does not include the time it may take to come from you to us. Please note also that once a refund is processed to a credit or debit card, it can take up to 6 working days for the funds to show in your account, this is out of our control.
**Please note that We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is deemed that the item is not fit for return and violates our policy. In this instance the goods will be returned back to you and you may be liable for any costs incurred.
Customers Outside of UK Mainland
If you wish to return any product(s) for a refund, repair, exchange or replacement you must cover the cost. Please return back to us using a trackable service.
